About the role
The Sales & Services Advisor (Outsource) will drive home‑finance acquisition targets in Dubai while delivering high‑quality customer service. You will guide customers through the entire onboarding journey, from application to fund disbursement, ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Source and facilitate home‑finance applications, managing the full onboarding process for each customer.
- Meet or exceed monthly acquisition and disbursement targets while adhering to turnaround‑time (TAT) commitments.
- Handle after‑sales queries until the construction funds are fully disbursed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Close customer complaints promptly and maintain accurate documentation, KYC, and ID&V compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales and customer‑service experience, preferably in home‑finance or banking.
- Strong knowledge of the real‑estate market and home‑finance products.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to identify business‑development opportunities and open new sales avenues.
