Sales Assistant

About the role

Bunka, a leading streetwear concept store in the MENA region, is looking for a full‑time Sales Assistant to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers discover and purchase the latest global streetwear collections.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide product information, styling advice, and assistance with fitting and selection.
• Process sales transactions, handle exchanges and returns, and manage cash and POS operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the store clean, and restock shelves as needed.
• Monitor stock levels, support in‑store promotions, and coordinate brand launches with the team.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills with the ability to engage diverse shoppers.
• Clear, professional communication and active listening abilities.
• Organizational skills for managing tasks, store presentation, and inventory.
• Experience in retail, fashion, or streetwear environments is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and thrive in a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling experience.
