Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager you will lead the daily operations and team of one of Minimalist's luxury retail locations across the UAE, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Run all daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and floor supervision.
• Own the store’s sales results and actively manage the floor to improve conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction.
• Maintain stock availability, correct pricing, accurate handling, and strong loss‑prevention practices.
• Lead customer experience by being present on the floor, handling VIP clients and complex situations.
• Manage the team daily, set priorities, conduct performance check‑ins and foster a high‑energy environment.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and identify skill gaps for the Retail Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience in UAE luxury, watches or jewelry.
• Relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or similar.
• Relevant certification in sales, management or project management (preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
