About the role
The Sales Assistant will work on the Toys "R" Us floor of Dubai Mall, delivering a friendly and efficient shopping experience. You will support store operations, maintain visual standards and help drive sales through excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Generate sales while providing a positive customer experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization and presentation standards.
- Greet customers promptly with an energetic attitude.
- Provide product information and assist in fitting rooms.
- Operate the cash wrap efficiently, promote gift cards and capture customer data.
- Thank customers on exit and encourage repeat visits.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for at least 8 hours.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer‑aided design tools (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, Photoshop).
