About the role
The Sales Assistant will drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience at the Toys R Us store in Dubai Mall. You will keep the store tidy, follow visual standards, and support daily operations as directed by management.
Key responsibilities
- Generate sales while providing friendly, energetic service.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to meet presentation standards.
- Greet customers promptly and offer product information.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and follow up efficiently.
- Handle cash wrap duties, promote gift cards, and capture customer data.
- Thank customers on exit and encourage repeat visits.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer‑aided design tools (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, Photoshop) for store visuals.
- Ability to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
