About the role
The Sales Assistant at Toys "R" Us, Dubai Mall, is responsible for driving sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will maintain a clean, organized store environment, meet presentation standards, and support operational duties assigned by management.
Key responsibilities
- Generate sales and greet customers with an energetic attitude.
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Provide product information and assist customers in fitting rooms.
- Handle cash wrap efficiently, promote gift cards, and capture customer information.
- Thank customers sincerely and invite them to return.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for at least 8 hours.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with Sketchup.
- Proficiency with Illustrator.
- Proficiency with Photoshop.
