Sales Associate – B2B & B2C Hospitality

About the role

Stella Stays is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to drive commercial growth across both B2B and B2C segments. You will be the front‑line representative of our tech‑driven hospitality brand, expanding our client base and increasing bookings in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to boost bookings and revenue across multiple markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, delivering tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Present Stella Stays’ offerings fluently in English and Arabic to a diverse client base.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns.
• Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance and generate clear reports.
• Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the commercial team’s success.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within hospitality or real‑estate sectors.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strategic mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑growth team.
