Sales Associate (Genomics)

About the role

GenomeArc is seeking a Sales Associate to drive revenue growth for its genomics platform across a defined territory. You will work primarily remotely, engaging with clinical laboratories, hospitals, research institutions and industry partners to promote and sell the Horizon platform.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and manage inbound and outbound sales leads within the assigned region.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations in collaboration with scientific and technical teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and opportunities.
• Support customers in expanding functionality, licenses and referrals.
• Participate in marketing events such as webcasts, workshops and trade shows.
• Assist in developing sales and commercialization strategies, market research and go‑to‑market planning.
• Provide feedback to product teams and contribute to sales materials and proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of business‑to‑business sales experience, preferably in lab or enterprise software.
• Comfortable negotiating and closing deals with clinical and research customers.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication skills for customer presentations and collaborative work with scientific teams.
