About the role
The Sales Associate will drive store sales through excellent customer service, ensuring personal and store targets are met. Working on the shop floor, the associate will interact with customers, provide product information and help build lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve personal, store and KPI targets to meet overall organizational objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service by following policies, offering product information and maintaining a friendly, courteous attitude.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge on designs, trends, quality issues and availability.
- Receive and sort shipments, stock shelves, counters, racks and tables with merchandise.
- Complete operational administrative tasks as requested by management.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with fashion or premium brands.
- Local retail experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the local culture and sensitivities.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and product availability.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
