About the role
OVS, a global fashion retailer, is opening a new store in Dubai and is looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join the team. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers discover the latest collections and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and product recommendations.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet business goals.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, customer service, and sales.
- Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset and flexibility to work retail shifts.
