Sales & Brand Activation Representative

About the role

New Country Healthcare is seeking a commercially driven Sales & Brand Activation Representative to grow the Sunwarrior brand across the UAE fitness, wellness and specialist nutrition market. This hands‑on, field‑based position involves opening new accounts, building relationships and bringing the brand to life through activations, sampling and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business across gyms, fitness clubs, nutrition centres, supplement stores and other wellness channels.
• Achieve assigned sales, distribution and account‑development targets.
• Secure new product listings and expand existing accounts through increased assortment, visibility and repeat orders.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations and commercial follow‑up.
• Execute sampling activities, gym activations, product demonstrations and promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant field‑sales, business development, account management or trade‑marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Nutrition, Sports Science or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence and good written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in fitness, wellness and sports nutrition; Arabic is an advantage.
