Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

The Sales & Business Development Executive will drive growth by developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development and sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and channels for sales growth and expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit margins and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports on sales activity and outcomes.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand network.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance skills and improve team performance.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information and conduct sales forecasting effectively.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Foster a customer‑centric culture by ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or business development roles.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
