About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive hotel room sales and revenue growth across the UAE, managing B2B client relationships and hotel contracting. The role requires strong knowledge of the UAE hotel market and established connections with hotel chains and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales of hotel room inventory to meet assigned revenue and profitability targets.
Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, networking and market research.
Lead hotel contracting activities, negotiating rates, commercial terms and room allocations.
Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to account development.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare regular sales performance reports.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, contracting or business development.
Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
