Sales & Business Development Supervisor – HORECA

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑oriented Sales and Business Development Supervisor to lead our HORECA accounts in Dubai. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering tailored proposals, and driving revenue growth in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with HORECA customers, understanding their needs and providing top‑level service.
• Prepare customized business proposals and quotations.
• Report regularly on prospects, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date client database and CRM records.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, volumes and commercial terms.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Generate long‑term value through market insights, creative ideas and strategic thinking.
• Use modern tools such as CRM systems to keep clear visibility of the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt quickly to a multicultural environment.
• Strong initiative, organizational talent and ability to work independently.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
