Sales Consultant

About the role

Join PRYPCO as a Sales Consultant to build landlord relationships, source property portfolios and support tenants throughout their search. You will work directly with PRYPCO's Property Management portfolio to keep vacant units moving.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect landlords daily and build your own portfolio of properties.
• Lease available properties within PRYPCO's Property Management portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PM team to identify available and upcoming units.
• Develop deep knowledge of your community, covering pricing, availability and trends.
• Generate and manage landlord and tenant opportunities, advise on market conditions and rental pricing.
• Conduct viewings, guide tenants, negotiate offers and manage transactions end‑to‑end.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and build long‑term landlord relationships for repeat business.

Required profile

• Ambitious, proactive and results‑focused.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Confidence in prospecting and generating new business.
• Strong negotiation and closing ability.
• Previous Dubai real estate, leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
