About the role
The Sales Consultant will generate and manage leads, promote Dubai Holding Real Estate’s inventory, and close sales in line with company policies and market regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer needs, present inventory options and keep clients informed about upcoming developments and promotions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, expand the buyer network, and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads from brokers and personal efforts, support sales meetings, and handle post‑sales interactions.
- Achieve sales targets, stay updated on market trends, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing (master’s preferred); relevant sales certification is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in property sales or marketing within a real‑estate or commercial environment.
