Sales Coordinator – Dealer Channel

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will manage the dealer channel for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault, driving sales growth and ensuring seamless vehicle delivery. This position focuses on expanding the dealer sales segment while providing end‑to‑end customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Contact existing and new customers via email, phone, and social media.
• Conduct market visits to generate enquiries and acquire new customers.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with PDI, logistics, and shipping partners.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GIA recommendations, and customs/VAT documentation.
• Update leads and customer details in Salesforce and process orders.
• Collaborate with GIT, logistics, finance, and other internal teams.
• Collect market and competitor information and prepare monthly reports for the department head.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in customs clearance and freight forwarding services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented, highly adaptable to changing environments.
• Fluent in English.
