Sales Coordinator - Foodservice Distribution

About the role

A leading foodservice distribution company is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join its growing team in Dubai. The role supports the assigned team, prepares reports, handles administrative tasks and interacts with internal and external stakeholders. Immediate availability is preferred due to the urgency of the position.

Key responsibilities

• Sales cycle management: actively contribute to meeting targets on shipments and deliveries.
• Analytics and business development: use company-provided business intelligence tools to analyse data, spot opportunities and create action plans.
• Relationship management: maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as sales force, customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Diploma from college or university, or at least three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in the F&B industry.
• Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and good attention to detail.
• Ability to identify customer needs, show commercial awareness and adapt to different business situations.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly, moving between complex and simple explanations.
