Sales Coordinator – Hospitality Supplies

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. You will support the sales process for bespoke hospitality products, working closely with luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants and interior designers across the UAE and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via email and phone professionally.
• Gather client requirements, product specifications, quantities and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate order processing between clients and suppliers.
• Prepare accurate quotations and maintain sales documentation.
• Follow up consistently with clients until orders are confirmed.
• Issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) to suppliers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support day‑to‑day sales operations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in a similar sales coordination role.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality supplies, hotel procurement or FF&E is preferred.
