Sales Coordinator

About the role
Coordinate daily sales operations and support the credit card sales team to achieve monthly targets in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Track and monitor sales performance, leads, and application status to ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
- Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Risk, Compliance, etc.) for smooth processing of credit card applications.
- Handle incoming customer and sales queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Support planning and organizing sales campaigns, kiosk activities, and promotional events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of credit card products, features, and application processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Required skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems.
