About the role
The Sales Coordinator at Marriott Al Forsan supports brand awareness, guest satisfaction, and internal operations. The role ensures timely resolution of guest requests and assists management with staff development.
Key responsibilities
- Promote brand image internally and externally while handling guest inquiries and issues.
- Record and relay messages accurately, follow up with guests, and greet them in the lobby.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
- Maintain safety standards, report incidents, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support team goals, develop efficiency improvements, and perform physical tasks up to 10 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years related work experience.
- At least 2 years supervisory experience.
Required skills
- Clear and professional communication.
- Accurate written documentation and telephone etiquette.
