Sales Coordinator – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi, handling client communications, sales documentation, and coordination across departments to ensure seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates client preferences to cross‑departmental teams.
• Reviews and actions special arrangements and prepares sales‑related documents.
• Responds promptly to internal and external guest inquiries.
• Files internal and external event bookings with required information.
• Assists with phone calls and emails, qualifies inquiries and distributes them.
• Completes reservations for travel‑agent rates, complimentary stays and site inspections.
• Cultivates and maintains relationships with clients and travel‑agency partners.
• Greets and assists VIP clients and industry guests.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience required; luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications; experience with Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and stay highly organized.
• Strong command of English, both oral and written, with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Initiative‑driven, results‑oriented mindset.
