About the role
Whitecarrot is building an AI‑powered talent marketplace for the GCC and needs a confident Sales Development Associate to own the full sales cycle from day one. This remote‑first position offers the chance to relocate to Dubai as the company expands, working directly with the founder in a fast‑moving startup environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the complete sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects and open conversations with HR leaders and decision‑makers.
- Understand employer challenges and match them with Whitecarrot’s AI‑powered solutions.
- Maintain and update the CRM to keep the pipeline organized.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to advance deals and close customers.
- Share frontline insights that shape the product roadmap and sales playbook.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, wearing multiple hats.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience selling for a product‑based company, preferably to the USA market.
- Confident, energetic phone presence.
- Background in sales and/or recruitment/HR industry; HR‑tech or SaaS experience is a plus.
- Strong written communication with a professional yet approachable tone.
- Independent, disciplined, and comfortable working UAE business hours.
- Resilient, competitive and driven to exceed ambitious targets.
