About the role
The Sales Development Executive will work on‑site in Dubai, driving business growth for accounting and tax consultancy services. You will identify and qualify leads, build relationships with corporate and individual clients, and present tailored service offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close sales while collaborating with technical and advisory teams.
- Maintain client relationships and provide regular reporting on sales performance and targets.
- Monitor market trends and use CRM tools to track activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to learn basic accounting and tax concepts.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM or similar pipeline management tools.
- Understanding of basic accounting and tax concepts (or ability to acquire quickly).
