About the role
ASAS Station is seeking an Arcade Supervisor / Manager to lead daily operations at its gaming and entertainment centre in Al Mamzar, Dubai. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily arcade operations.
- Lead staff scheduling and duties.
- Attract new customers and increase sales.
- Monitor gaming machines and coordinate maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
Required profile
- Previous experience in arcade centers, gaming facilities, or family entertainment centres.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage employees and daily operations.
- Customer‑service and sales‑oriented mindset.
- Good problem‑solving and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
