Sales Development Representative – HealthTech

About the role
Doctify is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join its commercial team in Dubai. The role drives sales performance across several verticals and plays a key part in the company's revenue growth, while helping build expertise in the HealthTech field.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify prospects, prospect and create opportunities for Account Executives
- Use sales tools such as Salesforce to boost productivity
- Consistently exceed daily KPIs and monthly targets, supported by the manager and the wider team
- Build your own pipeline and improve the sales funnel
- Become an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader in HealthTech
Required profile
- Fluency in English
- At least 6 months of experience in an outbound sales position or in reaching out for new business (industry not required)
- Natural communication skills and comfort with the phone
- Resilience and grit, able to handle fast-paced work and change
- Ambitious, self-starting and aligned with the mission of revolutionising healthcare
