Sales Development Representative - Private Aviation

About the role

Jet Luxe, a luxury travel brand focused on executive jet travel, is looking for a freelance Sales Development Representative based in Dubai. The SDR identifies, qualifies and nurtures affiliate leads, builds relationships with key affiliate partners and contributes to business growth through consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and develop assigned leads by tele-prospecting, cold calling, referrals and networking at industry events.
• Follow a consultative sales process to identify private aviation opportunities and position Jet Luxe as the preferred solution.
• Manage marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) through qualification or dismissal, with accurate tracking and data entry in the CRM.
• Enrich affiliate data in the Affiliate Profile and prepare affiliate contracts and follow-ups to secure signatures.
• Build relationships with operators and other industry counterparts and meet affiliate acquisition targets.
• Learn Jet Luxe products and services, monitor competitors and share insights internally.
• Take part in sales skills training and adapt to new business development processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university; a degree in aviation or a related field is desired.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-end luxury goods, travel or hospitality; past experience in aviation, charter sales or brokerage is desired.
• Past experience working to revenue targets.
• Proficiency in English and a secondary language such as Arabic is desired.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using and maintaining data in a CRM.
• Demonstrable experience selling in a B2B environment.
