Sales Director – Account Management

About the role

As a Sales Director – Account Management you will lead a high‑performing team that drives revenue growth, shapes account strategy and ensures customer satisfaction across our full portfolio of risk‑management solutions. You will coach your team, build C‑level relationships and expand use cases to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets while maintaining zero attrition across the assigned book of business.
• Identify new use cases and expand solutions through cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Attract, retain and develop a high‑performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and support.
• Implement MEDDPICC and best‑practice frameworks to optimise sales performance.
• Lead account strategies and governance to align with client objectives.
• Deploy resources strategically to maximise market impact.
• Enhance customer and employee satisfaction, measured through NPS.
• Develop deep understanding of customer workflows, market trends, opportunities and threats.
• Champion customer advocacy through events, case studies and testimonials.

Required profile

• 3+ years of leadership experience in fast‑paced technology or SaaS sales.
• Expertise in AML, fraud and financial‑crime compliance solutions.
• Proven record of driving growth and exceeding business objectives.
• Experience building and managing C‑level relationships.
• Strong background in value‑based, customer‑centric sales methodologies.
• Ability to hire, develop talent and manage under‑performance.
• Commitment to diversity, succession planning and talent management.
