Sales and Client Acquisition Officer

About the role

MyHRS is expanding its commercial team in the UAE and is looking for five Sales & Client Acquisition Officers. This field‑based role combines client prospecting, business development and end‑to‑end recruitment fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients across the UAE, generate leads through networking, cold outreach and referrals, and secure meetings with decision‑makers.
• Convert prospects into active clients, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and manage the sales pipeline to meet acquisition, placement and revenue targets.
• Once a requirement is won, source suitable candidates, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and oversee the recruitment and mobilisation process.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships, anticipate future manpower needs and develop repeat business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, business development or client acquisition, preferably within staffing, manpower supply or B2B services.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts and close business independently.
• Existing network or experience developing clients in the UAE market.
• Strong organisational and follow‑up discipline, with the ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms and CRM/database tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with UAE employment and staffing regulations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
