Sales Director – MENA/UK/APAC Digital Assets

About the role

Our client is a globally regulated institutional digital‑asset OTC brokerage seeking senior sales directors to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across MENA, UK and APAC. The role is hybrid and focuses on end‑to‑end management of a portfolio of institutional counterparties.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and grow OTC client relationships with exchanges, broker‑dealers, funds, family offices, PSPs and corporate treasuries.
• Target licensed VASPs, remittance firms, gold traders and import/export businesses for stablecoin settlement.
• Execute large‑block trades, manage KYC onboarding, and ensure compliance with AML/CFT policies.
• Coordinate with trading, treasury and operations teams on execution, settlement and trade management.
• Represent the firm at regional conferences and industry events.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in traditional finance and digital assets.
• Proven track record in institutional OTC crypto sales or digital‑asset brokerage.
• Existing network of institutional relationships (exchanges, funds, family offices, PSPs, corporate treasuries).
• Fluent English; additional local market languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of OTC trading operations and stablecoin FX.
• Experience with fiat‑to‑crypto workflows and blockchain settlement.
• Ability to independently manage full client KYC onboarding and due‑diligence.
