Sales Engineer (Civil Engineering Background)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Engineer with a civil engineering background to promote and sell architectural cladding systems across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for cladding and façade systems.
• Generate leads through consultants, architects, developers, contractors and façade specialists.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Promote aluminium cladding, ACP panels, insulated panels, rainscreen cladding, decorative panels and external wall systems.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Provide technical advice and recommend suitable cladding solutions.
• Prepare techno‑commercial proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms.

Required profile

• Experienced sales professional with a civil engineering background.
• Results‑driven with strong business development orientation.
