Sales Engineer – Industrial PPE

About the role

Egitera Trading LLC is expanding its industrial PPE portfolio across the UAE and seeks a driven Sales Engineer to develop B2B relationships, understand client safety needs, and deliver tailored protective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by visiting factories, construction sites, logistics hubs and industrial zones.
• Assess client safety requirements and recommend appropriate PPE such as protective wear, gloves, cooling vests and other technical safety products.
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, product sampling, technical demonstrations, quotation preparation, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, HSE officers and operational decision‑makers.
• Monitor competitor offerings, pricing trends and new product introductions to support strategic positioning.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, submit weekly sales forecasts and provide structured updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably within PPE, industrial consumables or safety equipment.
• Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal car.
