Sales Engineer – Industrial Sector (Dubai)

About the role

Flexibel is seeking a high‑performance, results‑driven Sales Engineer to further grow its footprint in the EPC, OEM and industrial sectors. This role combines technical knowledge of expansion joints (metallic, rubber, fabric) and hoses with strong commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales of metallic, rubber, and fabric expansion joints and metal hoses across industrial, power, oil & gas, marine and EPC clients.
• Receive and manage RFQs/tenders from EPC contractors, consultants, and end‑users; prepare accurate and competitive techno‑commercial proposals.
• Interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, movement/pressure specifications and technical requirements – recommend appropriate expansion joint solutions.
• Drive the sales cycle from lead qualification through client meetings, site visits and technical presentations.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM entries, track opportunities and ensure consistent lead‑to‑order conversion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers at EPCs, power plants, marine yards, oil & gas operators and industrial clients.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales.
• Technical knowledge of piping and valve systems.
• Familiarity with tendering and RFQ processes.
• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background preferred.
