Sales Engineer – Power Generation Solutions

About the role

MYSPAN Power Solutions FZE, the authorized GOEM and Master Distributor for Kirloskar Oil Engines in the Middle East and North Africa, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its UAE sales team. The role focuses on developing new business, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored power‑generation solutions across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and qualify sales leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and present suitable power‑generation solutions.
• Coordinate closely with internal technical, operations, and after‑sales teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline.
• Proven sales and business‑development abilities with full‑cycle sales experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and customer‑management skills.
• Strong coordination and follow‑up capabilities with both customers and internal teams.
• Experience in power generation, diesel engines or related industrial equipment; UAE market experience and an existing industry network are an advantage.
