Sales & Estimation Engineer – Low Voltage Systems

About the role

Handle technical sales and estimation activities for low‑voltage (LV) systems projects, identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial buildings, data centres, oil & gas, and utility sectors, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements, and prepare techno‑commercial proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Accurate preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for LV systems.
• Timely submission of tenders and compliance with specifications and standards.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support during pre‑bid and post‑bid stages.
• Ensure alignment with internal engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Value addition by optimizing component usage.
• Team building and overall program coordination.
• Customer support and project profitability monitoring.
• Quality management and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in sales and estimation of LV systems, preferably in the UAE market.
• Proven exposure to commercial buildings, data centres, BMS, oil & gas, and utility projects.
• Mandatory valid UAE driving license.
• Spoken Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Low Voltage (LV) systems knowledge.
• Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Data Centre LV infrastructure.
• Commercial building electrical requirements.
• UAE authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, Civil Defence, Etisalat/DU).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience with estimation tools.
• Familiarity with OEM solutions (ABB, Eaton, LS, Siemens, Schneider).
• Understanding of IEC standards.
