Sales Executive – Advertising (BDM / Account Manager)

About the role

The Sales Executive – Advertising will act as the bridge between clients and our agency team, driving new business and managing existing advertising accounts. Reporting to senior management, you will lead sales agents, develop targets and ensure successful delivery of client campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve sales targets in the advertising sector.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales agents, setting individual and team targets.
• Prepare sales action plans, identify leads and prospect opportunities.
• Oversee the execution of client advertising projects, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of client accounts, nurturing relationships and monitoring activity.
• Assist in creating proposals and presentations for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales and activity reports.
• Control departmental expenses within budget guidelines.
• Identify at‑risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
• Provide regular performance feedback to senior management.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in advertising sales or a related field.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience managing and developing sales teams.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
