Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our sales team in the UAE. The role focuses on driving business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of licenses or stock for sales demonstrations.
• Gather market and customer information to support negotiations on price, delivery and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members, share feedback from customers or prospects to achieve better results.
• Record sales and order information and report to the internal team.
• Track buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive.
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills with strong business knowledge.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Self‑motivated with a result‑driven approach.
• Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office.
• Hands‑on experience with a CRM software (advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
