Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) - Modern Trade Channel

About the role

GMG, a global well-being company that retails, distributes and manufactures brands across sport, everyday goods, health and beauty, properties and logistics, is hiring a Sales Executive for its Everyday Goods division in Dubai. The role manages modern trade accounts, drives sales growth and builds strong client relationships, reporting to the Sales Supervisor. It is central to GMG's expansion strategy in the consumer market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by managing a portfolio of modern trade accounts, nurturing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Visit clients regularly, give product information, answer inquiries and support clients in placing orders.
• Work with the marketing team to implement promotions and develop tailored solutions for client needs.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse trends and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback and share them with the Sales Supervisor to inform product development and sales strategy.
• Process orders accurately in the CRM system and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
• Resolve client issues to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Take part in regular training sessions on products and market trends.
