Sales Executive Assistant

About the role

The Sales Executive Assistant acts as the central coordination point between the Sales team, customers and internal departments both locally and internationally. The role ensures the Sales Manager can focus on customer‑facing activities by handling all operational, administrative and commercial tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare agendas and documentation before customer meetings.
• Attend customer review meetings when required.
• Prepare minutes of meetings (MoM) after customer visits.
• Maintain action trackers and ensure timely completion of all actions.
• Follow up internally and externally until agreed actions are closed.
• Coordinate quotations, technical requests, documentation requests and customer enquiries.
• Monitor and ensure commitments made to customers are fulfilled.

• CRM experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP (advantage).
