Sales Executive - Audio Visual Equipment

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Sales Executive for an AV equipment rental company based in Dubai, UAE, which rents audio, video and lighting equipment for live concerts, private parties, product launches and weddings. The Sales Executive generates new business and maintains relationships with existing clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients needing AV equipment rental services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of AV services.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and new product offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Take part in trade shows, networking events and industry conferences.
• Provide prompt customer service and address client concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in AV equipment rental or the events industry.
• Strong understanding of AV technology and equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
