Sales Executive – Automotive Retail (Ras Al Khaimah)

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive monthly sales targets for the passenger‑car retail business in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring high customer satisfaction and contributing to the team’s annual goals. The role covers the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to post‑sale follow‑up, and involves market intelligence and new‑business generation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an active customer profile database and keep the Dealer Management System up to date.
• Execute the full sales process – prospecting, appointments, presentations, negotiations, trade‑in appraisal, closing, vehicle delivery and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Negotiate optimal deals, sell vehicles at maximum margins, and coordinate vehicle ordering and timely delivery.
• Collect payments within set deadlines, manage paperwork, and assist customers with bank and insurance approvals.
• Prepare weekly plans, activity and results reports, and present issue‑resolution updates to management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the automotive field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the automotive industry.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑management and presentation abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
