Sales Executive – Building Materials

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth for our building‑materials business in Ras Al Khaimah. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence across the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
• Conduct site visits and meet potential clients to understand requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, constructors, and key decision‑makers.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales campaigns.
• Provide after‑sales support and attend industry events to represent the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in building materials.
• Experience in hardware, sanitary, or electrical sales is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Passion for sales and a desire to exceed targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
