Sales Executive – Building Materials

About the role

Steelcore Trading L.L.C, a supplier of steel, marine materials, construction wood and hardware, is looking for two Sales Executives to expand its customer base across the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on acquiring new B2B clients, growing existing accounts and closing orders in the building‑materials sector.

Key responsibilities

• Find and visit new B2B customers (contractors, fabricators, traders, project companies) and follow up leads via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Prepare and send quotations, negotiate prices and terms within company limits.
• Close orders, coordinate delivery with warehouse and procurement, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on payments and post‑dated cheques with customers.
• Maintain customer details and follow‑ups in the company CRM, and report market prices and competitor activity to management.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in steel, building materials, hardware or construction supply.
• Valid UAE driving licence for field visits.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai and UAE market and customer base.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam) are a plus.
• Self‑driven, organised and comfortable working to monthly targets.
