Sales Executive – Business Consultant (Freshers Welcome)

About the role

Helen and Sons Consultancy is seeking motivated Sales Executives to join its SAIF Zone branch in Sharjah. The role focuses on guiding prospective clients through UAE company formation, free‑zone and mainland procedures, and related licensing and visa services. No prior business‑setup experience is required; full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable business‑setup options.
• Explain company formation services, licence packages, and visa‑related services after training.
• Follow up leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Prepare and share quotations with team support.
• Coordinate with Operations for client applications and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow‑up records.
• Build strong client relationships and work towards assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Freshers welcome – good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong follow‑up skills.
• Hardworking, self‑motivated, target‑oriented.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
