Sales Executive – Events

About the role

Afaq Management is seeking a motivated, client‑focused Sales Executive – Events to join its Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, strong sales abilities and the capacity to turn inquiries into successful bookings while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, manage and follow up on event leads and customer inquiries.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event packages.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with event and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Handle client questions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Experience in event sales, hospitality or a similar sales role is preferred.
• UAE work experience and a valid driving licence are advantageous.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong understanding of event sales processes, client handling and booking management.
