Sales Executive – ICT Solutions

About the role

An established ICT systems integrator in the UAE is looking for 3 to 4 Sales Executives, open to freshers and junior sales professionals. The role covers identifying potential customers, building business relationships, promoting ICT solutions and services, and helping the sales team reach its targets. Salary is 4 to 5k plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers and business opportunities.
• Generate leads by calls, networking and customer visits.
• Promote the company's IT infrastructure, technology and related solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Visit customers and understand their business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal technical and presales teams to address customer needs.
• Follow up leads, quotations and opportunities until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare basic sales reports and regular updates for management.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with 1 to 2 years of sales experience are welcome; B2B, IT, ICT or solution sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable and professional, self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel and meet customers across the UAE.
• UAE driving licence preferred or mandatory; exceptional candidates may be considered.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
