About the role
The Inside Sales Executive will drive revenue for Dubizzle Cars by building strong relationships with customers and promoting value‑added automotive services. You will work primarily via phone and occasional field visits, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and qualify leads from cold, warm and hot sources.
- Consult customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate services and packages.
- Prepare tailored proposals and maintain professional communication via calls, emails and texts.
- Build and sustain long‑lasting customer relationships.
- Record all interactions, opportunities and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to sales management to improve processes and offerings.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4–5 years of proven inside sales or telesales experience.
- Experience in selling used cars, insurance, warranties or financing is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
- Highly organized with aggressive follow‑up skills to meet targets.
