Sales Executive - Inside Sales (Property)

About the role

Bayut, part of the Dubizzle Group, is looking for a Sales Executive for inside sales in property. The role suits a driven telephonic sales professional who closes deals regularly rather than making occasional field visits, building and maintaining large client portfolios while exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales
• Prospect customers from cold, warm and hot leads
• Qualify prospects against product, service and company requirements
• Discuss business challenges and propose suitable packages
• Draft and send proposals by email with proper business etiquette
• Keep detailed prospect notes in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Provide weekly and monthly revenue forecasts
• Give feedback to sales management on improving the sales cycle, sales performance and company reputation
• Represent the company professionally and with integrity

Required profile

• High school or secondary school education
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills to close deals and tactful, improvisational handling of objections
• High volume of daily calls and closures, aggressive follow-up and strong negotiation skills
• Bilingual is a plus; competitive and results-oriented

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk
• CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
