Sales Executive – InterContinental Fujairah Resort

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue for the InterContinental Fujairah Resort by managing event relationships, identifying new accounts, and converting qualified leads into bookings. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve the hotel’s budget and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries for outlets, banquets and other F&B revenue opportunities and convert them into sales.
• Prepare offers, contracts and Banquet Event Orders in line with brand standards.
• Contact clients before events for final checks, host the event day, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and future bookings.
• Maintain sales action plans, monitor productivity and revenue goals.
• Promote the resort, manage promotional materials and coordinate corporate gifts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, hospitality or related field.
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and market trends.
• Excellent communication, administrative and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to meet deadlines.
