About the role
The Hotel Waiter delivers exceptional dining experiences by providing professional, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, explain menu options and take accurate orders.
- Serve meals, ensure customer satisfaction and uphold high standards of hospitality, cleanliness and food safety.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tables and work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
